Let's learn how to create and edit a New App.

App Store URL |
Input the Google play store or Apple Appstore URL for the App:

App Bundle ID |
Input the ID that is registered to the App Store. The Google play store ID can be found after the "?id=" portion of the URL and the Apple App Store ID is the number shown after "id". The App Bundle ID will be automatically set from the information in the Google Play or App Store. |

Category |
IAB Category is the classification of the app category. The most frequently used IAB categories are IAB9-25: Roleplaying Games and IAB22: Shopping. The Category will be automatically set from the information in the Google Play or App Store. |

MMP | Input the Mobile Measurement Partner of the tracking link that will track the performance of the ads. Currently, there is an option to choose from Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Singular, Airbridge or MAT(TUNE). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
MMP Bundle ID |
Input the App ID that is registered to the MMP. Though the MMP Bundle is the same App Bundle ID in most cases, there are a few exceptions so make sure to double-check the format before inputting the value.

Create a New App
You must create a new app for each title to set up a campaign through MOLOCO Cloud. If the app has already been created or you wish to create a campaign with an existing app, you may skip this step.
Note: A separate App must be created for Android and iOS (even for the same title)

Go to Home page.

Select the Ad Account you wish to create the App for.

Select the Assets tab.

Click the Create Button. Once the NEW APP page loads, select the OS and Market. Use the search menu to find and select the App you wish to add.
- Once you select the App and click Create, refer to above Terms & Definitions to fill out the rest of the App information.

Select CREATE to create a new App.

The App may be edited by selecting the Edit button
Important: Once the App is created, the OS and MMP cannot be modified.
App Review Guide
All Apps registered on MOLOCO Cloud must be reviewed. If an App seems to have no clear relation to the Ad Account, additional proof may be requested.
Review Status
Once the App has been registered, you can check the review status by going to Home > Assets > Apps.
Status | Explanation |
Under Review | MOLOCO is in the process of reviewing the App. The review process may take up to 24 hours. |
Active |
The App has passed the review and is now Active. Once the status of the App is Active, you may do the following:

Rejected |
The App has been rejected upon review.

Postback Dashboard
Once the app has been reviewed and approved, you can check the postback dashboard by going to Home > Assets > Apps > App Detail page. You can check the postback integration and events through the postback dashboard.
The duration in which the postback data was collected is as follows:

IMPORTANT: The data on the postback dashboard is aggregated based on the UTC timezone.
